Abayee
Originally refers to gang members or thugs in Accra, but it's also used to describe scam artists or hoodlums. If someone is moving like an abayee, they're operating on the fringes of law, possibly extorting or scamming.
"Don't mind his nice clothes, that abayee money come from defrauding people at the bus station. (Meaning: Don't be fooled by his nice clothes; that gangster's money comes from defrauding people at the bus station.)"
