TOP DEFINITION
Slang for the Addis Ababa public minibus taxis (because of the blue color, some say “Blue Donkeys” = Feres as well). But youth say “foss” to mean they’re taking the local bus. Usage: Gnb, wedi foss – traffic was jam, that’s why I’m late (Sorry, I took the minibus and got stuck in traffic).
