Isoka definition 1
(Zulu) A handsome, suave young man who is popular with the ladies – essentially a casanova or ladies' man. An isoka tends to have multiple girlfriends. (In folklore, an isoka's opposite for females is often inyatsi or sifebe, though those have negative connotations.)
"Beware of that guy, he's an isoka – he'll charm you and three other girls at the same time."
